With our lifestyle and all these fast food, heart disease has become very common these days, nearly 50% of men will die from heart disease, it’s sad so you better watch out what you eating, in fact all of us should  be concerned about what kind of food we eat and our health. its time to take some note and to pay attention for what you eat and your body needs.

What comes in, must come out, its true it may some like a disgusting thing to talk about but i have to, you can tell if your diet is high in fat by stool you produce, if it sink straight away to the bottom then you eating too much fat, if it float in the toilet bowel, then you are in good diet.

White Rice

It will be very depressing if i said you should never eat white rice, instead you can eat brown rice it’s much better for you, actually you can mix white and brown rice if you still not used to eating brown rice

Sugar

Many people already know about this, you should lower the sugar comsumtion as possilable as you can, fructose is the building block for cholesterol, you should keep thant in your mind.

Canned soups

Canned soups are always loaded with salt, if you going to buy these make sure you get the ones with low salt, that will make you heart heather.

Alfredo sauces

Usually Alfredo sauces are loaded with butter and salt, and you don’t want neither of them.

Processed Meats

Processed meats are always high in fat and salt, you should start away from processed meats as much as you can.

Hydrogenated palm oils

Hydrogenated palm oils will give you heart attack fastet than you think, so you should start away from anything that is made with Hydrogenated palm oils.
